We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager who will play a key role in our growth by sharing the Knowliah success story with organisations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. With your extensive experience in SaaS Sales, you will set up our business in Germany and Switzerland and assist prospects and customers in understanding the value that Knowliah offers to support corporate legal management.

Ready to simplify legal work with best in class digital workflows and AI support to improve productivity of legal departments? Our offering includes contract lifecycle management to legal knowledge management, enterprise search and more!
Your mission
  • You are able to enter a new market and are able to build a go-to-market plan
  • You have many years of experience in value selling of Saas solutions and know how to manage the stakeholders from the first contact to closing the deal
  • You own the process and  you manage all stages of the complex end-to-end sales cycle, including prospect identification, qualification, product demonstrations, contract negotiations and closing.
  • Adopt a proactive and consultative sales strategy
  • Collaborate with Customer Success for increased satisfaction and active participaton in marketing initiatives, including webinars and events.
  • Successfully sell across sectors and at C-level, committing to continuous innovation
  • You ensure our sales targets are met
Your profile
  • At least 5 years' experience in selling software (SaaS) to medium and large companies (<1.000 employees).
  • Proven track record of market development and meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in prospecting decision-makers and strategic executives
  • Experience with CRM (Hubspot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • German-speaking and fluent in Englisch
 
Nice to have:
  • formal sales training (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
  • experience or background in the legal sector

Du spielst eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Wachstum, indem Du die Knowliah-Erfolgsgeschichte mit Organisationen in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz teilst. Mit Deiner umfangreichen Erfahrung im SaaS-Vertrieb wirst Du unser Geschäft in der DACH Region aufbauen und Interessenten und Kunden dabei unterstützen, den Wert zu verstehen, den Knowliah zur Unterstützung des Rechtsmanagements in Unternehmen bietet.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist in der Lage, einen neuen Markt zu erschließen und einen Go-to-Market-Plan zu erstellen
  • Du verfügst über langjährige Erfahrung im Value Selling von Saas-Lösungen und weißt, wie Du die Beteiligten vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Abschluss des Geschäfts betreust
  • Du bist Owner des gesamten Prozesses und bist verantwortlich für alle Phasen des komplexen End-to-End-Sales Cycles, einschließlich der Identifizierung von Prospects & deren Qualifizierung, der Produktdemonstrationen, der Vertragsverhandlungen und des Abschlusses.
  • Du wendest eine proaktive und beratende Verkaufsstrategie an
  • Du arbeitest mit Customer Success zusammen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu erhöhen und nimmst aktiv an Marketinginitiativen, einschließlich Webinaren und Veranstaltungen, teil.
  • Du verkaufst erfolgreich branchenübergreifend und auf C-Level und verpflichtest Dich zu kontinuierlicher Innovation
  • Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Verkaufsziele erreicht werden
Dein Profil
  • Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Verkauf von Software (SaaS) an mittlere und große Unternehmen (<1.000 Mitarbeitende).
  • Du hast nachgewiesene Erfolge im Sales Market Development und beim Erreichen und Übertreffen von Verkaufszielen
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Akquise von Entscheidungsträgern und strategischen Führungskräften.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (Hubspot) und mit LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Nice to have:
