Bei uns liegt Dein Fokus auf der Abwicklung des gesamten Order-to-Cash Prozesses, also alles zwischen Auftragseingang bis zur Fakturierung!

Deine Aufgaben

• Auftragsannahme (inklusive Orderbook, Vertragsprüfung, Monitoring Time-to-rent)
• Pflege von Bestandsverträgen (inklusive Kündigungen und Änderungen)
• Durchführung jährlicher Preiserhöhungen
• Reporting und Analyse von Churn und Snowball gemeinsam mit Controlling
• Fakturierung/ Rechnungsläufe
• Kommunikation mit Kunden (bei Fragen zu Rechnungen & Verträgen)

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder alternativ ein abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich
• Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen Office-Programmen (insbesondere mit Microsoft Dynamics)
• Du hast Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, gerne mit Business Central
• Eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, verbunden mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität und Dienstleistungsorientierung
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Nice-to-have:

• Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung und im Order Management, um komplexe, kundenspezifische Aufträge effektiv bearbeiten zu können

• Kennenlernen: In einem 20-minütigen Austausch mit einem unserer Recruiter schauen wir gemeinsam auf die gegenseitigen Erwartungen.
• Erstes Interview: Anschließend wirst Du unsere Teamleiterin Selina kennenlernen und tiefer in fachliche Themen und die Rolle eintauchen. (gerne vor Ort) 

Im Anschluss erfolgt eine finale Entscheidung.
