Your profile

Knowledge and experience
- bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.
- a sound knowledge of ICT concepts, operations and processes
- basic knowledge of legal processes, information management and experience with functional analysis (system and/or process) is a plus
Industry background: Software & Technology
Project Management: You are strong in planning and organizing. You can monitor the scope, tasks and budget agreed with the customer. You have at least 5 years experience with complex or multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, ensures information flow and pro-active customer communication, stakeholder communication
Strong Customer focus, takes care of customer satisfaction, is committed to finding solutions for the customer, and considers the customer's perspective when making decisions,
Problem solving: analytical skills to grasp problems in their entirety, ability to break down problems into subtopics, finds pragmatic solutions
Results-oriented: Ability to set priorities / Understands priorities / Adapts own actions / tasks to achieve results
Cross-team collaboration: Helps others solve tasks or problems / Offers help to colleagues in other departments / Puts team success before their own ego

You can distinguish details from the essentials, so you immediately recognise the real bottlenecks and opportunities.
Language skills
You are fluent in Dutch, French & English, additional languages are definitely an asset.

You will be part of our Professional Services team in Boortmeerbeek.

Get to know each other: In a 30-minute exchange with our recruiter, we look at mutual expectations together.
First interview: You will then get to know our Director Professional Services as well as one of our Project Managers and dive deeper the role.
Second interview: You will visit us on site and get to know your future team.
