Bist du Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r und gleichzeitig ein Fan der IT-Welt? Dich zeichnet die Fähigkeit aus, neue Themen und Probleme schnell zu erfassen und immer wieder nach Möglichkeiten zu suchen, Routineaufgaben zu automatisieren? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als Legal Tech Unternehmen möchten wir unsere Kunden bestmöglich beim Einsatz unserer Kanzleimanagementsoftware "Advoware" beraten und freuen uns auf deine Unterstützung!
Deine Aufgaben
  • Annahme der Anfragen unserer Kunden im 1st und 2nd Level nach einer umfangreichen Einarbeitungsphase
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden beim Einsatz unserer Legal-Tech-Software-Lösungen rund um Advoware
  • Bereitstellung von Lösungswegen bei fachlichen Anfragen (telefonisch, per Mail und über Fernwartung) 
  • Erfassung und Dokumentation der Kundenanfragen im Ticketsystem
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Anwendungssupport und weiteren Projektteams
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r oder Rechtsfachwirt/in 
  • Idealerweise mindestens ein Jahr relevante Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Softwareanwendungen 
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse und bist versiert in der Anwendung von Büro-Software, darunter MS Office
  • Du bist ein echter Team-Player und hast den Service-Gedanken verinnerlicht
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und arbeitest selbstständig sowie eigenverantwortlich.
Dein Team
Bei stp.one gibt es insgesamt 3 große Teams im Kundensupport über unsere Standorte verteilt. Du wirst Teil des Advoware-Supports und kannst aus dem Homeoffice arbeiten oder uns an einem unserer Standorte besuchen.

Are you a qualified legal assistant and also passionate about the world of IT? Do you have the ability to quickly understand new topics and challenges, and are you always looking for ways to automate routine tasks? Then you’ve come to the right place!

As a Legal Tech company, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible support in using our law firm management software Advoware and we look forward to your contribution!
Your mission
  • Handling customer inquiries in 1st and 2nd level support after a comprehensive onboarding phase
  • Supporting and advising our clients in the use of our Legal Tech software solutions related to Advoware
  • Providing solutions to professional and technical questions (via phone, email, and remote support)
  • Recording and documenting customer requests in our ticket system
  • Working closely with technical application support and other project teams
Your profile
  • Completed vocational training as a legal assistant or legal administrator
  • Ideally at least one year of relevant professional experience working with software applications
  • Very good German skills, good English skills, and confidence in using office software, including MS Office
  • A true team player with a strong service mindset
  • Strong communication skills and an independent, responsible working style
Your team
At stp.one, there are three large customer support teams distributed across our locations. You will become part of the Advoware Support Team and can work from home or visit us at one of our offices.

  1. Digital Introduction: In a 20-minute conversation with our recruiter, we will discuss mutual expectations.
  2. Digital Interview: You will then meet our leadership team and dive deeper into the role and technical topics.
  3. On-site Interview & Team Meet-up: You will visit us in person and get to know your future team.
