Wir suchen engagierte Business Development Representatives (w/m/d), die uns dabei unterstützen, unsere Softwarelösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Field Sales Team weiter zu skalieren.
Deine Aufgaben
  • Proaktive Identifizierung neuer Geschäftschancen im Markt durch Outbound-Aktivitäten wie E-Mails, Telefonie und Social Selling sowie begleitende Konvertierung der Pipeline – Dein Pitch begeistert und weckt Interesse an unserer Lösung
  • Fortlaufende Optimierung deiner Outbound-Strategien, um potenzielle Kunden professionell anzusprechen und dabei stets ihre Bedürfnisse im Blick zu haben
  • Lead-Qualifizierung aus Kampagnen und Entwicklung dieser zu Verkaufschancen für unserem Field Sales Team
  • Entwicklung und regelmäßige Verbesserung deines Verständnisses für unseren ICP (ideal customer profile), unsere Value Proposition und die Sales Journey bei stp.one
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entscheidungsträgern auf höchster Ebene in unserem Zielmarkt (Anwälte etc.)
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität im CRM-System
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit im gesamten Go-To-Market-Team und Optimierung der Prozesse von der Akquise über List Building, Outreach bis hin zur Lead-Bearbeitung und Leadqualifizierung
Durch deine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Field Sales Team sammelst du Erfahrungen und entwickelst dein Skill-Set kontinuierlich weiter, um deine Karriere im Sales zu gestalten!
Dein Profil
  • Mind. 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem anspruchsvollen, schnelllebigen, kommunikationslastigen beruflichen Umfeld (Start-up, Beratung, Banking, Service oder ähnliches)
  • Erste Erfahrung in einer Sales- und/oder Business Development-Position oder ähnliches
  • Erfahrung mit direktem Kundenkontakt (idealerweise auf Executive oder C-Level), wenn möglich
  • Studium oder Ausbildung in einem wirtschafts- oder technikbezogenen Berufsfeld oder ein vergleichbarer Background
  • Von Vorteil: bereits Erfahrung im Rechtsmarkt

  • Videointerview: Anschließend wirst du unseren Vice President Marketing sowie unsere Director Demand Generation kennenlernen und tiefer in fachliche Themen und die Rolle eintauchen (digital).
  • Zweites Interview (vor Ort oder digital): Du besuchst uns im Headquarter in Karlsruhe und lernst uns persönlich kennen.

We are looking for dedicated Business Development Representatives (f/m/d) to support us in further scaling our software solutions in close cooperation with the Field Sales team.
Your mission
  • Proactive identification of new business opportunities in the market through outbound activities such as emails, telephony and social selling as well as accompanying conversion of the pipeline - your know-how pitch inspires and arouses interest in our solution
  • Ongoing optimisation of your outbound strategies to address potential customers professionally and always keep their needs in mind
  • Qualifying leads from campaigns and developing them into sales opportunities for our field sales team
  • Developing and regularly improving your understanding of our ICP (ideal customer profile), our value proposition and the sales journey at stp.one
  • Collaboration with decision-makers at the highest level in our target market (C-level, General Counsel etc.)
  • Ensuring high data quality in the CRM system
  • Cross-departmental collaboration in the entire Go-To-Market team and optimisation of processes from acquisition to list building, outreach, lead processing and lead qualification

By working closely with our Field Sales team, you will gain experience and continuously develop your skillset to shape your career in sales!

Your profile
  • First experience in a demanding, fast-paced, communication-heavy professional environment (start-up, consulting, banking, service or similar)
  • First experience in a sales and/or business development position or similar
  • Experience with direct customer contact (ideally at executive or C-level), if possible
  • Degree or training in a business or technology-related professional field or a comparable background

  • Virtual Get-to-know: In a 20-minute exchange with our recruiter, we look together at mutual expectations. 
  • Virtual interview: You will then get to know our Vice President Marketing as well as our Director Demand Generation and delve deeper into technical topics and the role.
  • Second on site or vitual interview: You will visit us at our headquarters in Karlsruhe and get to know us in person.
