Deine Aufgaben
Strategische Partnerschaften
  • Aufbau und Pflege nationaler und internationaler Geschäfts- und Technologiepartnerschaften
  • Identifikation, Gewinnung und Abschluss neuer strategischer Partner für die STP Gruppe
  • Erweiterung unseres Lösungsportfolios durch innovative Kooperationen

Go-to-Market & Vertrieb
  • Steuerung gemeinsamer Go-to-Market-Aktivitäten und Definition von Businessplänen mit Allianzpartnern
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei gemeinsamen Kundenprojekten und regelmäßige Partnergespräche
  • Koordination interner Teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success) für erfolgreiche Partneraktivitäten

Interessenvertretung & Netzwerk
  • Repräsentation von STP in Branchenverbänden, Fachgremien und gegenüber politischen Stakeholdern
  • Aktive Präsenz auf LegalTech-Events, Konferenzen und Innovationsnetzwerken
  • Aufbau von Beziehungen zu Meinungsführern und Entscheidungsträgern im LegalTech-Ökosystem

Marktbeobachtung & Strategie
  • Analyse von Markttrends, Wettbewerbern und regulatorischen Entwicklungen (z. B. DSGVO, EU AI Act)
  • Entwicklung eines Alliance-Strategy-Frameworks in Abstimmung mit der Unternehmensstrategie
Dein Profil

Markt- und Branchenkenntnisse (Must-have)

  • Tiefes Verständnis des deutschen und internationalen Rechtsmarktes (Anwaltschaft, Justizverwaltung, Unternehmensjuristen, Notariat, Insolvenzverwaltung, Steuerberatung)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der LegalTech-Landschaft: Trends, Innovationen, führende Anbieter, Geschäftsmodelle und Marktdynamiken
  • Verständnis für juristische Arbeitsabläufe und Pain Points – idealerweise durch juristische
  • Ausbildung oder langjährige Tätigkeit in der Rechtsbranche
  • Kenntnisse regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen (DSGVO, BRAO, EU AI Act etc.)
  • Bestehende Netzwerke im LegalTech-Ökosystem sind ein Plus

Fachliche Kompetenzen

  • Erfahrung im Channel- und Strategic-Alliance-Management
  • Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb komplexer Softwarelösungen (LegalTech von Vorteil)
  • IT-Affinität, SaaS-Know-how und Verständnis für API-Integrationen
  • Erfahrung in Public Affairs oder Verbandsarbeit wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen von Netzwerkveranstaltung und Teamtagen vor Ort in Karlsruhe (insgesamt ca. 2-5 Tage pro Monat im Schnitt)

Your mission
Strategic Partnerships
  • Build and maintain national and international business and technology alliances.
  • Identify, acquire, and close new strategic partnerships for STP Group
  • Expand our solution portfolio through innovative collaborations
Go-to-Market & Sales Support
  • Drive joint GTM activities and define shared business plans with alliance partners
  • Support sales in joint customer opportunities and conduct regular partner meetings
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success) for partner success
Advocacy & Networking
  • Represent STP in industry associations, committees, and with political stakeholders
  • Build presence at LegalTech events, conferences, and innovation networks
  • Maintain relationships with thought leaders and decision-makers in the LegalTech ecosystem
Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act)
  • Develop an alliance strategy framework aligned with corporate goals
Your profile
Market & Industry Expertise (Must-have)
  • Deep understanding of the German and international legal market (law firms, corporate legal departments, judiciary, notaries, insolvency administrators, tax advisors)
  • Strong knowledge of the LegalTech landscape: trends, innovations, key players, business models, and market dynamics
  • Familiarity with legal workflows and pain points – ideally through legal education or long-term experience in the legal industry
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, BRAO, EU AI Act, etc.)
  • Existing networks in the LegalTech ecosystem are a plus

Professional Skills

  • Experience in channel and strategic alliance management
  • Background in B2B sales of complex software solutions (LegalTech preferred)
  • Tech-savvy with SaaS and API integration knowledge
  • Experience in public affairs or association work is desirable
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel for networking events and on-site team days in Karlsruhe (approximately 2–5 days per month on average)

  1. Digital introduction: You’ll meet our recruiter and discuss mutual expectations.
  2. Video interview: You’ll meet our VP Strategy & Alliances and dive deeper into the role and relevant topics.
  3. Case: After successfully completing the interview, you’ll receive a task to prepare and present in the second conversation.
  4. On-site interview & team introduction: You’ll visit us in Karlsruhe, review your case results, and get to know your future team.
