Your profile
You’ll thrive in this role if you …
- Are currently enrolled at a university (min. 1 year left)
- Can commit to at least 12 hours per week
- Are fluent in German and English
- Have some experience with customer contact or HR/Service
- Enjoy engaging with people and building relationships
- Have a strong affinity for tools and digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, productivity tools)
- Work structured, reliable, and proactively
Your team
You’ll become part of our People & Culture team and actively support our recruiter in all topics related to Talent Acquisition.
Application process
- Virtual Introduction: In an initial conversation with our recruiter, we’ll align on mutual expectations and get to know each other better.
- Interview: You’ll then meet your future supervisor and part of the team to dive deeper into the role and relevant topics (virtually or on-site).
Just a few days after the interview stage, we make our final decision – keeping the process transparent and fast for you.
