Deine Aufgaben
  • Active Sourcing & Direktansprache von Talenten auf LinkedIn & anderen Plattformen
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines qualifizierten Talent-Pools
  • Erstkontakt und Screening von Bewerberinnen und Bewerbern auf Deutsch & Englisch
  • Koordination und Terminmanagement von Interviews
  • Pflege unseres Bewerbermanagementsystems Personio & Reporting
  • Mitgestaltung unserer Recruiting-Prozesse und Employer-Branding-Ideen
  • Kommunikation mit Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten mit Professionalität & Empathie
Dein Profil
  • immatrikulierte:r Student:in bist (mit mind. einem Jahr Reststudium)
  • mind. 12 h pro Woche Zeit & Motivation hast
  • fließend Deutsch und Englisch sprichst und schreibst
  • bereits erste Erfahrungen im Kundenkontakt oder HR/Service gesammelt hast
  • Spaß an Kommunikation und Menschen hast
  • eine hohe Tool- und Tech-Affinität mitbringst (z. B. LinkedIn, ATS, MS Office/Google)
  • strukturiert, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert arbeitest

Bewerbungsprozess
  1. Digitales Kennenlernen: In einem ersten Austausch mit unserer Recruiterin schauen wir gemeinsam auf die gegenseitigen Erwartungen.
  2. Interview: Anschließend wirst du deine Vorgesetzte sowie einen Teil des Teams kennenlernen und tiefer in fachliche Themen und die Rolle eintauchen (digital oder vor Ort)
Nur ein paar Tage nach dem Kennenlernen treffen wir unsere finale Entscheidung. So bleibt der Prozess für dich transparent und zügig.

Work location:
You can work from our Karlsruhe office or remotely from anywhere within Germany.
Your mission
  • Active sourcing and direct outreach on LinkedIn and other channels
  • Build and manage a talent pipeline
  • Candidate pre-qualification and initial contact in German & English
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system & support reporting
  • Help shape recruiting processes and employer branding initiatives
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process
Your profile
You’ll thrive in this role if you …
  • Are currently enrolled at a university (min. 1 year left)
  • Can commit to at least 12 hours per week
  • Are fluent in German and English
  • Have some experience with customer contact or HR/Service
  • Enjoy engaging with people and building relationships
  • Have a strong affinity for tools and digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, productivity tools)
  • Work structured, reliable, and proactively
Your team
You’ll become part of our People & Culture team and actively support our recruiter in all topics related to Talent Acquisition.
Application process
  1. Virtual Introduction: In an initial conversation with our recruiter, we’ll align on mutual expectations and get to know each other better.
  2. Interview: You’ll then meet your future supervisor and part of the team to dive deeper into the role and relevant topics (virtually or on-site).
Just a few days after the interview stage, we make our final decision – keeping the process transparent and fast for you.
