Deine Aufgaben
  • Eigenverantwortlicher und strukturierter Ausbau eines definierten Geschäftsfeldes (Branche) für den Go To Market unseres Produktes "Amberlo" in der Schweiz
  • Analyse der Markt- und Kundenpotenziale sowie Identifikation von Chancen für die jeweilige Kunden- und Branchenstrategie
  • Neukundenakquise im B2B Bereich bis zum Vertragsabschluss und darüber hinaus inklusive des regelmäßigen Umsatzreportings
  • Erarbeitung von individuellen Kundenlösungen im Sales Prozess (Lösungsvertrieb) durch Analyse und Beratung der Kunden und Interessenten
  • Ausbau des Vertriebsnetzwerkes und Identifikation von Cross- und Upselling-Potenzialen
  • Aufbau, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Partnerchannels in der Schweiz in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren externen Partnern
  • Durchführung von Kundenterminen und Kundenpräsentationen (digital und/oder vor Ort)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Produktes
  • Pipeline Management und Kundenpflege im CRM-System
Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche/ kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im B2B Sales-Bereich (Lösungsvertrieb/ SaaS) oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen CRM-Systemen, vorzugsweise MS Dynamics
  • Hohe Affinität für Neukundenakquise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • (Inter-)nationale Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen von Messen, Kundenbesuchen und internen Workshops

Your Workplace / Location: Your home office in Switzerland, ideally in the Zurich or Geneva region
Start Date: As soon as possible
Your mission
  • Independently and systematically expand a defined business segment (industry) for the go-to-market strategy of our product “Amberlo” in Switzerland
  • Analyze market and customer potential and identify opportunities for customer and industry strategies
  • Acquire new B2B customers through to contract closure and beyond, including regular revenue reporting
  • Develop tailored customer solutions during the sales process (solution selling) through analysis and consultation of customers and prospects
  • Expand the sales network and identify cross- and upselling potential
  • Build, manage, and further develop the partner channel in Switzerland in close collaboration with our external partners
  • Conduct customer meetings and presentations (digital and/or on-site)
  • Work closely with Product Management to continuously enhance the product
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain customer data in the CRM system
Your profile
  • Successfully completed degree in business administration or commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in B2B sales (solution selling / SaaS) or comparable experience
  • Experience with common CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics
  • Strong affinity for new customer acquisition
  • Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel (inter)nationally for trade fairs, customer visits, and internal workshops

  2. Digital interview: You will meet our Sales Director and dive deeper into professional topics and the role
  3. Case & presentation: After successfully completing the interview, you will receive an assignment to present in the next meeting
