Corporate Finance & Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

Information about the work location:
Our office is located in Karlsruhe (Brauerstr. 12, 76135), and we work in a hybrid setup. This allows you to alternate between working from home and working from the office.

Your mission

  • Support day-to-day accounting activities in accordance with HGB/IFRS and local GAAPs (depending on the entity)
  • Assist in group reporting (e.g. LucaNet, consolidation and reporting packages)
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings including reconciliations and documentation
  • Contribute to complex finance topics such as M&A, purchase price allocations (PPA), and impairment testing
  • Maintain and reconcile intercompany relationships (IC reconciliations, loans, settlements)
  • Support the development of ERP and finance processes (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
  • Participate in finance projects (e-invoicing, workflows, chart of accounts, process standards)

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable qualification with relevant further training
  • Strong Excel skills; ERP experience (e.g. Business Central) is a plus
  • Professional experience in a software or tech environment is a plus
  • Experience with recurring revenue models (e.g. SaaS) is an advantage
  • Structured working style, attention to detail, and an interest in process improvement
  • Fluency in German and English

  1. Digital Get-to-know: In a 20-minute conversation with our recruiter, we’ll discuss mutual expectations.
  2. Digital Interview: Next, you’ll meet our Manager and dive deeper into technical topics and the role itself.
  3. Task & Open Questions: After our initial conversation, you will receive a task from us. We will discuss the results together on-site and clarify any remaining open questions. During this visit, you will also meet our VP Finance and have the opportunity to gain a better impression of our work environment and get to know additional team members.
