As Sales Manager (m/f/d) in our Customer Solutions – Insolvency division, you will be responsible for selling our specialized services for the insolvency sector. You will acquire new customers, further develop existing customer relationships, and successfully position our solution portfolio among insolvency law firms and other relevant market players.

Your mission
- You take responsibility for the revenue generated within your customer segment and independently manage your sales activities.
- You sell our software solutions and specialized, tailored services for the insolvency sector, advising customers on the solutions that best meet their needs.
- You identify opportunities in the insolvency market, win new projects, and build long-term business relationships with our customers.
- You continuously manage and develop our existing customer base while identifying additional sales opportunities.
- You understand our customers’ requirements and processes and translate them into suitable solutions.
- You make targeted use of AI tools in your day-to-day work, for example for research, preparing customer meetings, or efficiently supporting your sales activities.
Your profile
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in sales, ideally selling services, software, SaaS, or other complex products that require a consultative sales approach.
- You have a good technical understanding of software solutions and digital processes and are able to explain complex topics in a clear and accessible way.
- You have a strong sales and customer focus as well as a good understanding of customer needs.
- You communicate confidently, professionally, and appropriately for your audience, both in writing and verbally.
- You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner, while keeping your sales targets in focus.
- You have excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- You have hands-on experience with AI applications and know how to use them effectively and efficiently in your day-to-day work.
