As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Team Digital Transformation, you will play an essential role in
supporting our internal systems and enhancing data quality. You will collaborate with us to optimize
our CRM and ERP system, optimize system interfaces, and contribute to maintaining high-quality data
management.

Location: Brauerstr. 12, 76135 Karlsruhe
Working Hours: 16-20 hours/ week
Start Date: as soon as possible

Your mission

Improve internal data quality, consistency, and governance:
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors
- Support the development of data validation and cleansing processes
- Contribute to data governance initiatives

Analyze and optimize internal digital processes:
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows
- Assist in process automation and digital tool implementation
- Gather user feedback and suggest enhancements

Contribute to automation initiatives and workflow improvements:
- Develop scripts or tools to automate repetitive tasks
- Support the integration of AI-driven solutions where applicable
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand automation needs

Support internal users with CRM and ERP system-related inquiries and tasks
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues
- Provide training and guidance to users on best practices
- Document common challenges and propose improvements

Optional: Participate in integrating various tools and platforms
- Work on API connections between CRM, ERP, and other systems
- Support the automation of data flows between applications
- Monitor and maintain integration stability

Your profile

You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student (preferred) in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
You have a strong technical affinity and enjoy working with data
You have some experience with data handling, APIs, and AI-solutions (from university or
personal projects)
You are comfortable working with Python, SQL, and REST APIs
You are a structured thinker, a problem solver, and a team player and have a strong sense of quality and precision
Ideally, you already have some experience working with a CRM, ERP, or similar enterprise tools
Proficiency in English, German is a plus

Kurzbeschreibung

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Team Digital Transformation spielst du eine wesentliche Rolle dabei, unsere internen Systeme zu unterstützen und die Datenqualität zu verbessern. Du arbeitest mit uns zusammen an der Optimierung unserer CRM- und ERP-Systeme, Systemschnittstellen und trägst zu einem qualitativ hochwertigen Datenmanagement bei.

Deine Aufgaben

Verbesserung der internen Datenqualität, Konsistenz und Governance:
- Inkonsistenzen oder Fehler in den Daten identifizieren und beheben
- Entwicklung von Prozessen zur Datenvalidierung und -bereinigung unterstützen
- Zu Initiativen der Daten-Governance beitragen

Analyse und Optimierung interner digitaler Prozesse:
- Ineffizienzen in bestehenden Arbeitsabläufen erkennen
- Unterstützung bei der Automatisierung von Prozessen und der Implementierung digitaler Tools
- Nutzerfeedback sammeln und Verbesserungsvorschläge machen

Beitrag zu Automatisierungsinitiativen und Workflow-Verbesserungen:
- Skripte oder Tools zur Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben entwickeln
- Integration von KI-gesteuerten Lösungen unterstützen, wo es sinnvoll ist
- Eng mit den Stakeholdern zusammenarbeiten, um Automatisierungsbedürfnisse zu verstehen

Unterstützung interner Nutzer bei Anfragen und Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit CRM- und ERP-Systemen:
- Bei der Fehlerbehebung und Lösung von Systemproblemen helfen
- Schulungen und Anleitungen zu Best Practices für Nutzer bereitstellen
- Häufig auftretende Herausforderungen dokumentieren und Verbesserungsvorschläge machen

Optional: Teilnahme an der Integration verschiedener Tools und Plattformen:
- Arbeit an API-Verbindungen zwischen CRM, ERP und anderen Systemen
- Unterstützung bei der Automatisierung von Datenflüssen zwischen Anwendungen
- Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Integrationsstabilität

Dein Profil

Du bist Student:in im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium (bevorzugt) der Informatik, Data Science, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines verwandten Fachs.
Du hast eine starke technische Affinität und arbeitest gerne mit Daten.
Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Daten, APIs und KI-Lösungen (durch Studium oder persönliche Projekte).
Du fühlst dich sicher im Umgang mit Python, SQL und REST APIs.
Du bist ein strukturierter Denker, ein Problemlöser und ein Teamplayer mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Qualität und Präzision.
Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem CRM, ERP oder ähnlichen Unternehmens-Tools.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
