Deine Aufgaben

Verantwortung für den gesamten Quote-to-Cash-Prozess – inklusive Analyse und Neugestaltung interner Abläufe zur Sicherstellung effizienter, skalierbarer Workflows.
Ausbau und disziplinarische Führung des Operations- und Order-Management-Teams
Steuerung sowie inhaltliches Enabling von Partnern und Dienstleistern zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
Internationale Prozessharmonisierung durch standortübergreifende Standards und Best Practices – im Einklang mit der Unternehmensstrategie.
Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Abrechnungsprozesse – inklusive Vorprozesse und durchgängiger Systemintegration (Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, Backend, Provisionierung)
Effizienzsteigerung und Automatisierung in der Abrechnung und Angeboten – gemeinsam mit Business und IT
Sicherstellung der korrekten Angebotserstellung für Lizenzmodelle, SaaS-Produkte sowie Produkt- und Service-Bundles – gemäß Preisliste und internationalen Anforderungen.
Sicherstellung transparenter und regekonformer Buchungen
Einhaltung von Compliance-Vorgaben und Umsetzung von Kontrollmechanismen – in Zusammenarbeit mit Governance- und Audit-Stellen.
Teilnahme am Pricing-Committee zur Abstimmung der Preisstrategie
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Finance, weiteren relevanten internen Schnittstellen sowie externen Partnern – mit dem Ziel, eine konsistente und international ausgerichtete Prozesslandschaft zu etablieren.
Fachliche Beratung und Input zu internationalen Projekten - insbesondere bei Fragestellungen rund um Abrechnung und Prozessgestaltung

Dein Profil

Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Angebotserstellung und Abrechnung von On-Premise- sowie SaaS-Produkten – idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
Erfahrung in einer Führungsrolle, verbunden mit dem gezielten Ausbau und der Weiterentwicklung eines eigenen Teams – du verstehst es, Talente zu fördern, Strukturen zu schaffen und ein leistungsstarkes Umfeld zu gestalten.
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement – du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale, gestaltest Abläufe effizient und denkst Prozesse ganzheitlich.
Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Starke Affinität zu IT, Prozessen und Zahlen, gepaart mit einem strukturierten und analytischen Denkstil
Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen Analysetools oder im Bereich Legal Tech, um moderne Lösungen aktiv mitzugestalten
Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität – du packst Dinge an, findest pragmatische Lösungen und bringst Themen eigenverantwortlich voran.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, um souverän in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld zu agieren
Gestaltungswille und Skalierungsfreude – du hast Lust, ein wachsendes Unternehmen aktiv mitzugestalten, Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln und Strukturen aufzubauen.

Dein Team

Du wirst die Leitung unseres Operations- und Ordermanagement-Teams übernehmen und direkt an unseren CFO berichten. Das gesamte Team besteht aktuell aus 7 Mitarbeitenden.

Your mission

Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process, including analysis and redesign of internal workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability
Build and lead the Operations and Order Management team
Manage and enable external partners and service providers to ensure smooth operations
Drive international process harmonization through cross-location standards and best practices aligned with our global strategy
Continuously improve billing processes, including upstream workflows and seamless system integration (Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, backend systems, provisioning)
Increase efficiency and automation in billing and quoting - together with Business and IT
Ensure accurate quoting for licensing models, SaaS offerings, and product/service bundles - aligned with pricing lists and international requirements
Guarantee transparent and compliant revenue recognition
Ensure compliance and implement control mechanisms in collaboration with governance and audit teams
Participate in the Pricing Committee to align pricing strategy
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, internal stakeholders, and external partners to build a consistent, globally oriented process landscape
Provide expert input on international projects - especially regarding billing and process design

Your profile

Several years of hands-on experience in quoting and billing for on-premise and SaaS products - ideally in an international context
Proven leadership experience, including team development and organizational scaling
Strong process management skills with a holistic view of operational workflows
Degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, or a comparable qualification
High affinity for IT, processes, and data, combined with a structured and analytical mindset
Ideally, experience with digital analytics tools or Legal Tech solutions
Hands-on mentality - you take initiative, solve problems pragmatically, and drive topics independently
Fluent in German and English, with confidence in international business environments
Passion for building and scaling - ready to shape a growing company and its processes

Your team

You’ll lead our Operations and Order Management team and report directly to our CFO. The team currently consists of 7 colleagues.
